How to place your order - the options!

Telsat® Communications offers you a wide range of payment options including:
the following credit cards:

Payment for Orders via Credit Cards will be charged in New Zealand Dollars at the exchange rate on the day the goods leave our warehouse or are shipped from the factory - as is required under the international credit cards conditions of use.

However we except Bank Checks, Telegraphic Transfers and Letters of Credit in any of the following currencies:
United Sates Dollar - US$ or New Zealand Dollar - NZ$. In any event, goods will be shipped on notice from our Bankers of "cleared funds". Note: We reserve the right to pass on any credit card service fees.

Please Note: There is a maxium limit that will be charged to any credit or debt card of NZ$3,000.00 or US$1,500.00. If your order exceeds this amount, then we suggest that you consider using a Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) or a Letter of Credit (LC).

    Please inspect all cartons and check that all items have arrived and are in good condition. If goods arrive in a damaged or unserviceable condition please contact immediately the local courier or carrier.
    Shipments are usually via FedEx, Speed Post (SMS), DHL or UPS or as requested by Customer.
